Although these lights are designed with outdoor usage in mind, I trialed these indoors, charging them purely through daylight coming through the window, which is perfect for those who have a concern about their garden's security, or just for people who fancy using these in their interior design.

I was hugely impressed with their effectiveness, very simple set-up and installation instructions (basically, take out of box, flick on switch put panel in sunlight, Job done) the 100% energy efficiency and the freedom to place them anywhere where sunlight is available, no longer making it necessary to have ‘spare plug sockets'.

As well as the practical benefits, and the eco-benefits, this product is also very pretty (hugely important!) and has an impressive amount of light display settings. Unfortunately on some of the settings the energy reserve was consumed much quicker (this is explained in the instruction booklet). However I was still impressed with the length of time the lights stayed on when taking into account the fact that the lights had been charged in winter, through a window.

Overall I would recommend this product as a brilliant eco-friendly alternative to christmas/interior/exterior design lighting.
